Terms & Conditions of Booking

Please familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions when accepting an appointment.


Equine Appointments Payment Terms and Conditions:



All appointments are required to be paid in advance to secure your booking. 

Payment can be made via BACs or Stripe (online bookings only), cash is accepted by existing clients (only on arrangement by SDTA).

Amendments and Cancellations of Equine Appointments:

Up to 1 week prior of the appointment date, amendments and cancellations can be made.

If cancellations are made within the 1-week window of the appointment, no refund will be given. 
A vet report or verbal discussion between professionals are required, for a refund to be issued.

In some circumstances SDT hold the right to revoke the cancellation policy and may offer to reschedule the appointment or offer a credit note. 

Human Appointments Payment Terms and Conditions:


All Human appointments must for it to be secured, you can do this via the website or BACs, Cash option available for existing patients only.

If there is a difficulty with making payment online, please contact the office for assistance

Amendments and Cancellations of Human Appointments:

Cancellations will be accepted via phone call, text or email only.

To cancel within 7 days of your Human Physiotherapy appointment please contact the office directly. 

The charges for a late Human cancellation are as follows:
•    Up to 48 hours before – Free of charge

•    48 hours - 24 hours - 50% of the appointment fee
•    Less than 24 hours – Full appointment cost is chargeable 

Monday appointments MUST be cancelled by 5pm the Friday before.

Pilates Cancellations terms:

Classes to be paid upfront for the block period at the start of term or on booking if space available.

Late cancellation fees for Pilates class:
Up to 48 hours before credit note
Less than 24 hours – 100% of appointment fee to be paid
