This privacy policy sets out how Suné du Toit & Associates uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this website and our physiotherapy services, equine, human and Pilates.

The data we hold on clients is what is sent with medical and equine history forms. The data is never passed onto a third party without email cleint consent. Date of consent is documented. Clients details are deleted after two years of no appointments. Clients are welcome at anytime to request full details of all data held regarding you or your horse. Clients can have all their data deleted at any time.

Clients always have the option to be removed from mailing lists that they have previously opted in to.

  • Medical details; human and equine

  • Veterinary contact details with permission verbal or written to contact

  • Contact information including email address and phone number

  • Demographic information such as postcode

  • Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping

  • We use the medical information to be able to assess and treat appropriately

  • Veterinary details due to insurance requirements and to ensure we offer the appropriate services and treatment for your horse

  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new services, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided

  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests
