COVID-19 Procedures

To keep our patients safe during the Covid-19 pandemic there are several changes that have been implemented to ensure that our practitioners and our patients remain safe. Please read the guidance below carefully before your appointment. Any breaches of these guidelines will result in refusal of treatment.

COVID-19 

SYMPTOMS

If you are showing any of the below symptoms, you MUST cancel your appointment.​

A new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours.

A high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)

A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal

HUMAN PATIENTS

All areas of the clinic environment will have been fully sanitised before your appointment. Please be assured we are doing everything that we can, in accordance with government guidelines to ensure your safety.

  • All patients MUST wear a mask whenever they are within any enclosed/indoor areas of the clinic environment, unless they are medically exempt.

  • Please complete your Covid Safe form prior to treatment.

  • Please remain in your vehicle until Sune gives you access to enter the clinic premises.

  • If you, or anyone within your bubble are showing any Covid-19 symptoms, please call 07513 028507 to cancel your appointment.

  • Please sanitise your hands before your treatment and after your treatment.

  • Try to avoid touching your face during your appointment.

EQUINE PATIENTS

Both Sune and Hannah are still able to offer equine treatments where there is a risk in the health & wellbeing of an animal deteriorating. We are running in accordance with RAMP & ACPAT Guidelines.

  • All handlers MUST wear a mask whenever they are within any enclosed/indoor areas of the stable/yard environment, unless they are medically exempt.

  • Your clinician may now be wearing additional PPE for treatments, even in outdoor settings.

  • Please complete your Covid Safe form prior to treatment.

  • Please limit the number of handlers to 1 per equine patient.

  • Please refrain from touching any equipment that belongs to your clinician.

  • If you, or anyone in your bubble are showing any Covid-19 symptoms, please call 07513 028507 to cancel your appointment.
