What to expect from your human physiotherapy session:

From your very first phone call, to visiting Sune, we can assist you with the most important aspects of the therapy you need. We will always offer continuous advice and support as well as individual programmes for you to follow at home.

What should I wear?

It is best to wear casual, comfortable sportswear or clothing that will not restrict your movement. A pair of shorts, loose T-shirt or vest/spaghetti strap top are recommended.

What will happen at my treatment?

Your full assessment will consist of static assessment (posture, muscle development and symmetry), dynamic assessment consisting of range of movement and muscle strength testing, special tests for differential diagnosis, palpation of the symptomatic area to determine areas of muscle spasm, areas of soft tissue tightness and tenderness, as well as joint mobilisation to assess stiffness and pain in a range of movements.

After the initial assessment, treatment will be provided.  A reassessment of the movement that you have will then follow. The assessment, treatment and reassessment will take around 45-60 minutes.

A differential diagnoses will then be made at the end of the initial physiotherapy assessment.

Cost of treatment:

The cost of a physiotherapy session is £40.00. A deposit to secure your appointment may be required at the time of booking.
